“I went to this store inquiring about switching from Tmobile to AT&T. Now mind you I was a Sprint Customer since 1999. I loved the company as I used to work there as well while in college. That is the one and only reason why I was a customer of Tmobile was because of their merger. Let's just say Tmobile would never get a 5 star review. “The best! Took my iPhone XR to apples certified repair at Best Buy in sterling and was told they cleaned my charging port out. Well, two days later the intermittent charging issues came back. Called MiTecShop today and he got me in the same day. Was assuming I needed the charging port replaced because apple already attempted to clean it. Well, turns out apple sucks and MiTecShop saved me a lot of $$$$, they were honest and told me just needed to be cleaned correctly. You all have my business for life! Thanks so much!”

“There was some guy named Anthony there that quickly made contact with me as I walked into the store. I was hesitant to ask about the service outage ... but as soon as I did and I explained that my service was still not working he was persistent in solving my problem and he even went out of his way to make sure my AT&T account was working well and found an issue where I was being overcharged and fixed it! He was quick to resolve my issue and fixed more than I thought I needed. I really appreciate him and other workers just like him. “Well, that was my first time visit to their store. I was attended by Afnan Mahmood and he followed up from begining till my phone got fixed completely. I went there right before their closing time on Saturday evening. But Afnan make everything easy. He was very friendly. They closed Sunday, By Tuesday I picked up my phone withvery reasonable charge So, at this point I totally trust them with their work. Something phone doctor, his competitor refused to do. I was even given a free case. Ferhan shows excellent customer service.Do not go to Phone Doctor, they are rude and don't negotiate. If you need to buy a used Iphone. Cell Depot is for you.”

“Luiz at this location is by far the most knowledgeable on their plans, what works with older phones just needing a SIM card and new plan. I had stopped at 2 different locations and both told me an older phone I had, would not work on Boost. But Boost online said it would. I stopped at this location and Luiz, didn't bash the other locations, which I appreciated, but he said it absolutely would work. He had me set up and out the door in about 10 minutes!I also found Luiz to be very personable and helpful in general.”

“Sitting outside T-Mobile, Dulles Retail Plz, VA. My wife lost her phone on flight back from Denver yesterday and needed to reconnect to her world. Luckily I had a great carrier (T Mobile), insurance on the phones, and (best) Brandon and Shady working at the store! Brandon and Shady helped me file my claim as I sat at the store, claim was accepted as I waited, phone is shipped to the hotel we are headed to, and Brandon has given me my SIM card to install when phone arrives tomorrow. Can't shout out louder the professionalism, courtesy and skill of Brandon and Shady (new hire - amazing, gold star). Always felt T Mobile is better than the other cellular companies and Brandon and Shady are proof that this is true. Absolutely unique service. Thank you. And, the cover was even on sale.
