“BIG SHOUT OUT TO RICK AND TEAM!! Was headed out of town and of course the phone folks told me to "drop the router at ANY T-Mobile location" (Well...yeah. not so much. Has to be a "corporate location" as the manager kindly explained to me) HOWEVER Rick (the manager) and one of his team immediately said " Hey we can help you box it up and you can just take it to the UPS store 2 doors up from us" And they did. “This T-mobile store is a very experienced one in customer service. I had to create a new account and join 3 lines to it from other accounts, upgrade my phone and watch and a data transfer for my phone. One item that I was not planning on considering was the T-mobile internet. It is faster and cheaper than my Verizon internet. Maurice made sure to work with T-mobile on the phone and in the store to make sure we were taken care of. He explained everything with options. He made sure that everything was completed and verified to work. This is just amazing. A total wonderful experience. Even his manager Kesha jumped in to help to make sure everything went smoothly. Don't go to another store location! Make sure you come to this one.”

Only after 4 years my dryer wouldn’t run. Tried to fix it and that only lasted 3 months. So I had to buy a set (stackable) from Lowe’s online. They were not helpful so after 5 calls trying to sort out my delivery I finally just canceled. I then went to Home Depot. Again mot helpful. The store manager was very young and didn’t even try to help me.
So I went to Best Buy in Sterling. The sales rep didn’t understand what I was asking so he got one of the managers who were extremely helpful and got me sorted out.
I can’t say enough about Alec (sales rep) and Jose Nolasco (sales manager). Give them a raise and make sure they stay at Best Buy!”
“I stopped by this location & it's arguably the 2nd best after Manassas West on this end of NoVA. it was fairly busy but I had a return & a price match to do. The associate, Vaughn helped me w/my complicated transaction. He was very nice. I never felt rushed. I had him stay almost 10 mins over the time he was supposed to get off. I never would've known, had I not overheard him telling his coworker that it was time for him to go as I was walking away. I also had to stop at the electronics counter. it was swarming w/people & there was only ONE associate! I believe his name is Moe. That's the real reason for the 4 stars because it was unfortunate he had to be there by himself. it was about 5 people waiting for help & once again, he didn't rush me. He helped me find what I was looking for offline & even helped me use the gift cards I had. They deserve recognition which is why I made a point to write down their names & name drop when I got the chance! other than that the location is good coming from Warrenton lol”

I guess there's a shortage of Pokemon cards these days, and the clerk let us know about the situation and that they didn't have any in stock.
