“This place has an excellent service, the auto wash really focuses on cleaning your vehicle they use generous quantities of soap and everything. If you pay for any detailed job they do it quick and exceptional. They always give special attention to the customer service, ask you about what you want and explain everything. My wife doesn't like the air freshener to be too strong, so they were really subtle with the quantity of scent they put in the car. The cleaning wasn't 100% perfect (you can find places that had dust but you will have to be really detailed to find them) but I will give it a 95 - 98 accomplish and I think it is according to the time they dedicate to cleaning the vehicle (Fast and well done). Totally worth paying.”

“Just left there 30 minutes ago. When I got home, the car was still dirty. $18 down the drain. Literally. I will never go there again. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or updated in years. Too bad you can’t see that from the outside of the place. Total rip off.

After seeing this review the district office called me to apology for the poor service at the cool wave on Warwick Blvd and offered 2 free washes at the Cool Wave on Jefferson Ave. The difference between the two was immediately noticeable. There is a friendly attendant that meets you at the beginning of the process to help with purchasing or in my case entering the code I received. There are 2 employees that greet you at the start of the wash to scrub your rims and tires, let you know when to put your vehicle in neutral and to place a plastic sleeve on the rear window wiper if necessary. The wash process is thorough and goes at a pace that actually cleans your car. Now no automatic car wash can replace a loving wash by hand but this is definitely worth the money. I do recommend if you have been to the Warwick cool wave and were disappointed, call the main office and they will try to make it right. I also recommend the Jefferson Ave Cool Wave as a great way to get your car clean. This was my experience others may vary.”
