“These people are the epitome of southern hospitality for RV's in need of tires. We were on a trip when we saw our tires looking tread bare. We thought we needed a certain tire but when we got there they looked up our rig (Grand design solitude 5th wheel) and found that the tires weren't a ply strong enough for our weight. “I've taken multiple vehicles to these guys and each time is a breeze. Today they just installed 8 tires on 2 of my vehicles and 2 alignments, very quick. I'd like to note that they used a click type torque wrench to set the lug nut torque by hand, which seems to be a lost art.”

I dropped off my 2007 minivan for repair. The next day they called me with an estimate for the repair I requested. In their assessment they found a couple other minor problems and offered a no pressure quote to fix those things as well. I agreed to have all the repairs made and the van was ready for pickup the next day.
I appreciate the clear communication in plain words that I could understand. The quick turnaround to get the van back was very helpful. It's been a long time since this van has ran so good.”
“We were headed home to NJ from Williamsburg when we hit something on the highway not even an hour into the drive. We got a flat and needed a tow. We found Rick’s on google and called them to ask about a tire while we waited for the tow. They ordered it for us and told us it would be available in a few hours. When we arrived about an hour later, they were en route to get the tire and got us back on the road in no time. Superior service and super nice people. THANK YOU!!”

“I took my car in because I thought the oil pump was going out. I knew ahead of time to expect a big repair bill. It turned out that it was just a leaking sensor and my total repair bill was $164.00. These folks are good, honest people! They could have gone ahead and replaced the oil pump and I wouldn't have known any different. I know where to go in the future when I need auto work done. Great job y'all!”
“So appreciative for this place and specifically this location. Customer service is always outstanding. The employees genuinely care and seem to actually enjoy their jobs and do a great job. Hubert helped me out this weekend with a nail that was in my tire, and I can't say enough great things about him. He didn't upsell us on anything but gave us honest advice on getting better lugnuts for my tires. We will definitely continue to use this location in the future.”

“Listen yall it wasn’t my vehicle. My neighbor had her car towed and it was pulled in. The tow guy I think his name was Jim did amazing. He backed the truck up and pulled that car out and then place it where he needed it. Watching him I was mesmerized. He made sure he didn’t messed the women car up at all.”
“Excellent mechanic, fair, and honest. I've had work done a few times, but more recently my car failed inspection at Sheehy Ford for tag lights (license plate). So I replaced the lights and took it to Lotsey. It failed again, for bad front brake pads. However, they showed me the pads and it was clear they needed to be replaced bc I've done my brakes in the past.
In the end, they did the work in an hour (90 min less than I spent at Sheehy for an oil change and inspection) and charged me less for pads and rotors plus labor than Sheehy would charge for tag lights. I highly recommend!”

I was mainly looking at getting my wife’s tires replaced but with the savings of getting a used instead of getting brand new, I was able to get my car done too! Thanks Antonino for your hard work! “Had an absolutely great experience. My husband, myself and my dog woke up at our hotel with a flat tire on a scorching hot day in June. We saw that G'Z was only a mile away from our hotel so we drove there and they helped us immediately. They were extremely attentive, kind and even gave us bottled water for our dog who was panting in the heat. They gave us a great price and were incredibly friendly. 10/10 recommend”

“I engaged 301 Auto to mount and balance my new Goodyear Wrangler LT tires on my newly powder coated Ford F150 rims. They have touchless mounting equipment and road force balancing equipment. I could not be more pleased with the results. The wheel/tire assemblies are perfectly balanced, and there are no scratches on the rims.”

“Made a trip to Williamsburg VA the weekend of 06/15/2024 from NYC for a wedding. On the drive down my driver side wheel bearing was making a horrible humming sound! This place literally saved my trip. Dustin and his staff were so wonderful and hospitable to my gf and I. It was clear that the place was busy and they had a ton of cars to work on. I had to get my car fixed or I wouldn't be able to make the rehearsal dinner or actual wedding the next day. He squeezed my car into his busy schedule and his colleagued worked on it. Turned out my part was seized due to the rust. Man that mechanic went crazy trying to get it off. Dustin was so kind and accommodating, we had very pleasant conversations and his dog was so friendly! Best experience I've had with a mechanic. They were honest and communicative about the work progress. The problem was fixed same day and I made it in time for the wedding rehearsal. The drive back was smooth. Next time I'm down there visiting family again, I'll stop by to say hi.”

“God where would I be without these guys? Not many places will patch a tire anymore, they'd rather sell you a new set. The first time they said $15 I heard $50 (and would have gladly paid that). They're a rare blend of fair priced and professional. Never had a problem with their work.
Only bad thing I can say is they do tend to pink-tax. Femme-presenting folks I've sent there paid a bit more for the same work. Recommend bringing a guy if you've got one so you get a fair price.”
