“I started training with Max Hayes in April and I couldn't be happier. I have never been the gym type, but working with Max has changed my mind. I now go 4x a week and actually enjoy it! He makes getting healthy seem easy! The gym is clean and offers everything you need. There are separate areas for weights, cardio, strength, etc. as well as a room for classes. Staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Working with Max has been life-changing!”
