“This was my 1st time to roanoke and i was staying at a hotel just across the street, while it was closed, i saw a jacket. I just had to have it and i made an agreement with myself, and said if jacket was $300, im going to buy it....i went to store next day and ask about it. Sure enough it it was $300...the salesperson was so helpful and had to take jacket off mannequin...i just enjoyed the place so much...the prices were reasonable. Now i hope to get clothing online....thank you”

The staff is always very friendly and easy going about anything I have questions on. They’re all knowledgeable on the local area and aren’t pushy about things, but happy to help me find what I need, giving it the feel of a small local shop. Customer service is amazing. I snapped my rod in my door and called the store and they helped me get a new section and I was out fishing within 48 hours. Also had an issue with my waders and they took care of it instantly. Service like that you won’t get with any competitor rod or wader brand. The ability to walk into the local store and talk to knowledgeable people and get help with issues makes this store stand out.”

“I usually have a good experience but recently it was not good. I purchased a medium belt, because I usually wear a medium in everything, my waist is a size 32. The belts listed did not have a waist guide listed. Upon receiving imy belt t I realized it was to big. I called and spoke with a young lady that was extremely nice. She advise me to send it back in exchange for a small. I sent the belt back and the small size belt was sent out immediately. Upon receiving the small belt it to was to big. I called back to see if they had a ex small in stock. I was told yes, and to send back for exchange. I sent the belt back I called the shop on 03/14/2023, I was told they had received the belt and would mail the xs belt the next day. Two days went by i emailed them asking for a tracking number. no answer. on 03/20/2023 i called in and male answered the phone, he checked and said that my belt had not been mailed out. I asked why and he said " I don't know, I don't think the post office came by" So from 03/14 to 3/20 the post office did not come. I asked when would they ship it, he said he was unsure and the girl who handles online wont be in till the next day. I then asked him is there a manager or anyone else I could talk to and he would not get someone else. He rudely got off the phone instead of trying to satisfy the customer. All I wanted was a confirmation on when the item I purchased would be sent and he could not provide that or direct me to someone that could better assist me.Update: A different gentleman called about 20 min after hanging up the phone and said that the package has been shipped,”
