Decent place. Seems clean , friendly staff. Exercise classes. Pool, sauna inside locker room. Seems good so far.

First time really learning equipment, finding routine for helping strengthening broken ankles. Met a few people that were very helpful . Looking forward to more visits and workouts

Friendly staff. I love the hydro massager. I often use the pool and it’s pretty much available. They have aqua therapy classes too. It’s pretty neat and organized and they allow you to use the equipment in the pool. Silver sneakers sign up is quick and easy. Use the card to scan in.
