This branch is AMAZING. Andrea really does everything she can to help and make all processes as smooth as possible. The tellers are always friendly and happy to help. Ive been a member since 2018 and I can honestly say moving to Freedom first was the best banking decision I have ever made.

Can be difficult to speak to someone if something needs escalated etc but the tellers are always genuinely nice and welcoming (not all branches are like that). It’s my favorite location to visit based on that.
