Been going here for over 4 years, and been loving it sense day one. Duane is an Awesome owner and always willing to give a spot or workout tips! Highly recommend to anyone!

This is exactly the gym I like going to. A rugged gym where everybody's trying to put in as much work as possible within a certain time and leaving. Not too crowded. Just lift weights. Go home, nothing extra. I've never had an issue with the owner. I love it overall. Would love to come back whenever I'm in town
