Big Lick CrossFit is the best gym and it has changed my life in more ways than one! The programming and the coaches are excellent and they always are there to help with form or scale a movement when necessary. Come join us! This community truly is the best!

Love Big Lick Crossfit! I ended up in Roanoke for 2 months and was looking for a Crossfit box that had community and great workouts. Big Lick did not disappoint. The community is very friendly and welcoming and the coaches experienced and knowledgable. I highly recommend them.

There aren’t many places like Big Lick CrossFit, there is something special about the atmosphere and what it does for everyone who walks in the doors. It’s so much more than a gym to so many. Truly a place for all fitness levels, ages, backgrounds. Drop in, find community and get fit doing it ??
