They made me an appointment for one hour and then they told me to wait one more hour and the banker said he was busy and was standing there doing nothing. I have been a customer for 13 years but I will look for another bank.

Been a customer for decades and have always had a great experience with the bankers at this location. Benjamin was so helpful setting up a new checking account for friend of my son's. Appreciate your patience, humor and time.
