This is the worst bank branch I have ever been to. The people working there are the most incompetent and arrogant employees I’ve ever seen. Horrible customer service. I’ll travel miles to the Willow Lawn branch to avoid this branch and suggest you do the same. Simply awful. I tried to file a complaint. They could care... read full comment

The atm in the drive thru froze and didn't deposit the money into my account and Wells Fargo refuses to do anything about it. WELLS FARGO SUCKS
