Visited this place recently and the gal with short hair who was steaming the clothes was so unfriendly, rude, and not helpful at all, so I decided not to make a purchase. Very unprofessional environment. I hope better training and customer service will be something this store can invest in.

I love this place and I LOVE my CIAO clothes! Unique, one of a kind with a dollop of funky and a dash of egdy mixed in! Also the best, most helpful staff ever! They know their stuff!

Ciao is always my go to for European Boho flair. The brands at this great boutique are carefully selected by the owner and are years ahead of typical Richmond trends. If you have a little daring and a lot of style and don't want to "see yourself" everywhere else, this is the place to shop.
