The salesperson helped me pick out the perfect jewelry to go with the dress. It looked like the pieces were created by the dress designer to go with the dress. I was so happy with the earrings, bracelet and ring. They are part of my treasured pieces now. Great service and super selection.”
“I had not even heard of this place until this week, but I wasn't going to try and buy another pair of work boots online again. This is the only store I've found locally with a great selection of steel toe & work boots to try on. The staff was very friendly, I was helped a lot by a brown haired man with tattoos. He really helped me to feel comfortable in the store and to get what I needed. Also the boots I got were like $40 cheaper than the Amazon price. I'll definitely be back.”

The staff is well trained to be helpful, they know the clothes they are selling, and they don't try to push you into making purchases. Going there to ship is a welcome change from other brands that don't educate their employees about the products they are selling and don't teach them the importance of customer service. I will remain a loyal customer because Orvis has high quality...River Road location defines quality of service.”

When I first moved up here (pre covid) they seemed kinda expensive, but for what I buy their prices haven't gone up since, so now compared to the rest of the world they are affordable. Staff have been nice every time I've gone in.
