I have been an Xfinity client for over 3 years. I have been experiencing issues with my internet dropping for several months even though I have 1gig speed capability. I finally got Xfinity to send a technician over who determined that I do not need that much speed on my modem because the modem cannot accommodate that speed and also the signal being sent to my house was too much (no one was sent to install my device so it could not be tested at the time). I tried calling to speak to someone and I kept getting automated messages so I drove to this store only for the girl who helped me to be rude and condescending. This is how you lose loyal clients. So ridiculous.

Wow worst customer service experience ever. You can only talk to a live person if you threaten to cancel your service… My response is whoever decided to direct all customer service calls to text or dm they cost you one customer. If anyone is listening I’m in the market for internet and mobile service.

Avoid using this service. First, It was very weak. I mentioned my concerns and they came next week for fixing the service. Their technician came two three times but the service still remained weak. So I changed the service with other company and cleared my bills, but Comcast still charged me 250 including not returning equipment even though I did returned it and had confirmation receipt. I called them again and they said everything was cleared on that time. But a few I received call from collection company regarding Comcast bill.

Only a fool can trust "XFINITY".This is the thousandth time that I call them for modem or internet speed problems and they have no support. Just a robot and answers that will never help you.I will definitely complain about this company to the court.

The employee named Rosie was not helpful at all asked her multiple times for help and just kept pointing and telling me to do the payment on the machine when I continue to ask her for help and refused and would not move. Very rude and unhelpful.

X Finity or Comcast whatever this disaster of a company is called has without any doubt the worst service I have ever seen. Signals that are constantly go out with the internet and TV. If its really windy forget it. Use Verizon as I am very close to ending service with this company. Just a bad product.
