Wow worst customer service experience ever. You can only talk to a live person if you threaten to cancel your service… My response is whoever decided to direct all customer service calls to text or dm they cost you one customer. If anyone is listening I’m in the market for internet and mobile service.

Only a fool can trust "XFINITY".This is the thousandth time that I call them for modem or internet speed problems and they have no support. Just a robot and answers that will never help you.I will definitely complain about this company to the court.
