I checked the net for cell phone repairs and found Alibaba in Centreville. I drive by this place all the time and finally stopped by with my phone for repair. I can see why this place has so many good reviews. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. He recommended staying with a Samsung screen. It seems like he is open every day of the week which is very good to know. I dropped my phone off and picked it up in a few hours. The cost was reasonable. An associate brought the 8 batteries out to my car, loaded each one and another associate brought me my receipt at my car. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.”
“I had two CD players serviced with excellent results. The service was great, with good communication and very reasonable pricing. They were even kind enough to deliver the repaired product to my home. One note is that the store photo of the location on Google map is a bit inaccurate (at least as of July 2023). “I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is starting to enter the “is it time to upgrade?” stage so naturally I thought that a charging port issue was due to wear and tear. But thankfully I brought my phone to iTouch repair because they saved me $$$ !! Yeah, weird, an honest business that is ACTUALLY helpful right?? But it’s true. Rather than tell me to get the charging port fixed, they told me to simply clean it out with the right tools and it should charge easily once all the dirt and dust is scraped out. And just like magic, my phone was able to quickly connect to the cable without having to wiggle it around to find the connection like I’ve been doing since the summer. Felt like an idiot but thankful for Camila and her integrity.”

Prior to finding this place, other tech businesses I called seemed to be less time efficient and complicated because they did not have an in-house technician.
