He found more damage, and after talking with the insurance company, they wanted to total my CRV. David kept in touch with them and found ways to keep my vehicle from being totaled. My car was expected to be finished just after Thanksgiving, and there was a couple of days delay. But we got it all sorted out in the end. They didn't replace the windshield as requested, but they will arrange that for me. My car looks nearly brand new. I recommend.”

He ordered the parts and contacted me promptly when they arrived within 2 days. I dropped off my vehicle and let him know what day I needed it to be ready so I could leave for a planned trip as scheduled. It was ready on time and looked brand new!
