“I was brought to this shop by a tower today after my car seizing up on the interstate. They were AMAZING in every way. I was 5 hours from home & knew no one in the area and they were so kind, helpful and thorough. They allowed me & my large dog to wait 4.5 hours in their office while my husband drove to come pick us up. They were able to squeeze my car in on what was an obviously very busy day for them. Brandon worked on my car and was very hard working and thorough. He truly went above and beyond for me. They have the sweetest woman in the office who was so kind & genuine in keeping me company while she worked. She was so sweet and SO loving to my sweet dog! I truly cannot recommend them enough. You can trust that they will take great care of you & your vehicle! Efficient, kind, genuine & good pricing, you cannot beat them!!

“I was on a road trip, and when I stopped for gas I noticed that the side of my tire had a large split in it. I called around to several tire shops in the area, but on the day before a holiday most had closed already. Thompson Tire in Radford answered the call, agreeing to stay open until I could get there. My car has run-flats and they didn't have any in stock, but they did have standard tires that fit and would allow me to finish the rest of my trip home. I was in and out of the shop in just over thirty minutes. They are incredibly helpful and honest, not trying to overcharge me and helping me solve the problem to get home. I'd give more stars if I was able.”

“Sean and the front desk employees were awesome. I seen so many bad reviews on United mufflers shop AFTER I took my car (which worried me after they started working on it) to be worked on. I seen comments about them not fixing what they was suppose to, to expensive, Sean was rude or sean didn't know what he was talking about but I have to disagree with all of that. I just moved to VA from WV and went for inspection and was rejected for many things. I was wondering why he was taking tires off, checking the E-break and lifting the hood (they don't do that in WV) and he politely explained to me all of the VA state laws for inspection stickers. Sean could have potentially saved me and my family's life for there was many things wrong with my car that I didn't know that was very dangerous. He showed me everything that he seen was wrong with it. He didn't just claim there was a problem just so he could make some money like some of these reviews had stated. I don't see him as a "rip off" because he thought I needed both rear bearing to begin with but then called me at a later time to tell me I only needed one. If he was a rip off he would have replaced both and charged me for it. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and was told it would be done Thursday (that's awesome for the amount of work it needed) but there wasn't enough time to get it done Thursday so I was told by front dest sean was only coming in Friday (it was good Friday and they are closed) just to finish mine but they didn't. I wished they would have called to let me know it wasn't going to be done Friday because that made us finding a way to get our Easter pictures and getting to church a little complicated. That's the only reason why they got a 4. If it wasn't for the no contact thing they would have absolutely gotten a 5! I'd recommend united muffler to you. I will return for any future needs.”

“I had a friend who came here and had a positive experience and they happened to be the only place I found who did inspections with an appointment so I decided to give them a try! I’m so glad I did. They got my inspection done, replaced a bunch of lights bulbs that were out and did an alignment (for $30+ less than another local place who I’ve gotten an alignment done with, no less). They also quoted me on replacement tires and replacing my brakes and rotors which are on their way out. Looking forward to having my tires replaced by them this fall! Thanks yall for your help!”
