“My truck's secondary air tank was not getting air. I was already at the shop Sunday morning. The owner called his service guy to come and look at the truck. Service guy didn't know what was the problem but he tried checking if there was air in air tank. Then, I tried letting all air out with brake pedal and started truck again. Secondary air tank started supplying air. Service guy wanted to charge me a lot but owner said he would take care of it since I figured out how to fix it. Service guy refused to take a money tip for showing up to help. Owner is fair, friendly, and eager to help. I highly recommend this place.”

“Got in my vehicle this morning and my tire pressure monitor let me know one tire was at 16 PSI. I called my son to patch it for me and he asked me to bring it to him and watch the children while he fixed it, but his family has the stomach bug, so we called Tire Discounters and they were great! Everyone there was very friendly, they were able to get it repaired and saved me from going to the virus hole. Thank you for taking care of the nail hole and saving me $$!”

“I was passing through the area and got a flat in Christiansburg. When I called Redline, the friendly gentleman checked for a tire in the size that I needed. He didn’t have any and couldn’t get one by the next day. Instead of ending our call l, he suggested that I call another shop down the road. He said they typically have a lot of various sizes in stock. Sure enough, they did have one and they got me on my way the following morning. Suggesting I call another company without me even asking for more ideas was a win in my book. A great gesture. Thanks Redline guy!”

“We went to M&M on a recommendation from our son in law. We have an older model Toyota with a little over 100k miles. It has been well maintained and we want to keep it that way. We asked M&M to do a trip check- belts and hoses, fluids, a good overall check up. They were thorough, professional and very pleasant.While there for pick up, another customer was questioning something about his charges. The fellow waiting on us spoke up and said that he may have given partial information to the spouse of the customer and apologized for the confusion. That honesty and ownership is important!! “I called to make an appointment as well as an ask a bunch of random questions about my vehicle & previous services as well future service. Travis Gray was truly amazing and very patient and attentive. He gave me information I didn't know I needed nor asked questions about. He indicated that appointments were being scheduled for over a month out. I couldn't believe it but then again Hyundai cars are great and have wonderful warranties. He indicated he would place my name and phone number on a waiting list. Disappointed at having to wait that long to get an appointment I still booked it yet held out for hope in getting a sooner appointment. Travis stuck to his word and called me several hours later to book an appointment for the following week due to a cancellation. He indicated he wrote my name & number on a post it note! What a wonderful experience that made me very happy. If this is any indication of the future service I will receive once my car actually serviced I have full confidence that me & my car are in great hands with the Hyundai Service Team! I normally don't leave reviews but I was very impressed with Travis's care and positive attitude.”

“Specifically for the service center. They are very professional, and very good at the work they do and the service center's hours are very convenient. As with all dealerships, they seem a bit pricey. My only real issue is that they are terrible at estimating how long their work will take. If they say it will take an hour, you should expect it to be at least two. This isn't a huge issue if you go in knowing that. Their waiting area is very nice and I believe they offer a shuttle service.”
