“Specifically for the service center. They are very professional, and very good at the work they do and the service center's hours are very convenient. As with all dealerships, they seem a bit pricey. My only real issue is that they are terrible at estimating how long their work will take. If they say it will take an hour, you should expect it to be at least two. This isn't a huge issue if you go in knowing that. Their waiting area is very nice and I believe they offer a shuttle service.”

My service advisor is very receptive to texts and gives timely feedback when I request it. I asked for my vehicle to be ready for pickup for today and it was, and overall the am very pleased with the service I received. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Shelor.”
