“So today I came in and I was being extra worrisome to the young lady at the front desk today about me being late on my payment and how she should even tho I am 28 days late give me a discount. She was so polite and explained how she could not do that with a very respectful smile and comfortable body language and I started to go off. I ranted and ranted and even pulled out my phone to record her, and she continued to stay positive and very respectful and That was amazing ?. As a person whom deal with customers everyday and understand how life happens and people sometimes lose their patience due to any kind of circumstance, I respect her professionalism and her patience and her employer should be Proud. Today is Mon April , Thank you for such a great experience and giving me hope that it's still some beautiful being living here inside and out JOB WELL DONE”

“I rented from this facilitywhen I was 21 and "89". It was a new facility back then and it was quite nice very dry and very well kept.33 years later it is still a nice facility very dry and very well kept.Only this time, I was not there to store my personal belongings but to bid on and possibly win storage unit(s) at auction.I won a 5' x 5' unit at auction for a wonderful price.The facility has kept their belongings safe.I would would use this facility, and recommend it to you.”
