“I spent a year here and it's ok. Some of the concerns you will read about are true. The elevator does smell weird and you are kind of a 2nd class citizen when compared to the apartments across the street. The unit itself was fine. Well insulated from noise and the balcony is nice. The hallways are barely maintained, but who really spends time out there? The included utilities make it worth it in the end. Location is great, just expect to get what you pay for. If you expect something very nice then pay more and move.”
“This place is amazing. Apartments are nice and clean and the leasing office agents are so accommodating. They definitely show their appreciation for residents with hosting social gatherings and events! I can’t find anything to complain about to be honest. All good things all around!”
“Alanis and her team are amazing! Very well kept property and even better management. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of their community. Townhomes are spacious and accommodating for resident’s needs. Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful place to live. Don't belive every review that gets posted. Maintenance is on top of any issues that might occur in my apartment. I had to wait for a month for an apartment to become available because they lease quickly.The Ladies in the office are wonderful and never hesitate to help when asked. The clubhouse has been renovated and the halls are being painted. It's in a great area of Ghent full of restaurants and shopping. Come by and see for yourself you won't be disappointed.”

Whenever I had maintenance issues, they were addressed promptly, unless parts were needed, in which case, there was a short delay. Overall, I had a positive experience living there.”

“I would like to say I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Pilot place. The property manager, Kim, has been AMAZING!!! I came to this property at least four times to decide where me and my family were going to live. Kim was patient and kind every time I came. I am sure I was becoming annoying after the fifth apartment tour but she stayed calm and professional and made me feel valued. We have made the decision to move here and Kim has definitely made the choice easier.”

“Moved in on 21st March and the support from the letting office staff since has been second to none. So glad I decided to rent here. From processing my application swiftly so that I was able to move in quickly before starting my NATO job the following week, helping me get the internet service set up when my mobile phone network was playing up and being accommodating with set days to sort my maintenance requests around my long working hours.
My apartment has lovely interior and the air conditioning unit and fans are a life saver during the warm weather.

“Before Jessica and Carl arrived, this building would’ve been a zero-star experience. Jessica completely changed that—she was professional, responsive, and truly cared. After a major flood, she stepped in and made things happen for me and my family when we needed it most.
Carl in maintenance was just as amazing. He went above and beyond, completed every work order properly, and communicated clearly throughout the process.
Thanks to both of them, the property is finally run and maintained the way it should be. Highly recommend!”
