“I wanted to take some time out of my busy day to send this review. I think that it is very important to give feedback positive, and negative. I had a visit to your store yesterday evening. Before coming into your store I had spent four hours the previous night on the phone with T-Mobile customer service trying to activate my new iPhone 13. I kept my cool for most of the call, but by the fourth hour I lost it. I spent my entire evening after work arguing with T-Mobile, it was not a pleasant experience. There was confusion and miscommunication in thinking that I may not have service with T-Mobile now that it has changed from sprint, which was very stressful being that I work from home sometimes and I need a cell phone. I was transferred probably 13 times during the four hours, each time having to re-explain the situation. It was exhausting. When I received the survey I gave them zeros across-the-board.I I had a much different experience at your store with Will, and Michael. I was greeted by both of them as soon as I walk through the door. I explained the situation briefly to Will who assured me he would be able to help me quickly and efficiently. Will was able to get a customer service representative on the phone from T-Mobile to handle the issue that he discovered, he was able to activate my cell phone within 20 minutes of me being there, with little to no help for me. Will was very professional, helpful, and very friendly. His colleague Michael was helping another customer while I was in the store, he also seemed very professional and friendly. I was very pleased and I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever call T-Mobile to handle any issue ever again. I will always pay a visit in person to t-Mobile at this location. I have Been a sprint customer for a while and I have never had any issues. The experience that I had on the phone with customer service the previous day had me ready to cancel all contracts and move to a different cell phone company. Will changed my perspective on that and I will be staying with T-Mobile. 10 out of 10 recommend the store at Lake Monticello. The location is convenient and the people are wonderful. “We stopped in round 530pm & we were immediately greeted by Carson. We had 4 upgrades (from an 11 to 15 pro max) & during the entire process, from talking money to handing us our new phones, Carson made the entire visit super easy & comfortable. There were a few hiccups (our faults) with the iCloud backup & all 4 phones took longer than usual to complete set up. Carson was very patient & walked us through every step. We were so hungry & he told us to go grab some dinner while he finished up. He had all 4 phones lined up on the desk, with new phones beside them & multi-tasked like a boss!! After being gone for about a half hour, we came back only to find 2 of our phones were being difficult to transfer & by this time, it was 8:00 (when the store closes). Carson never made us feel rushed, he never got upset because we were the reason he was working late - he was truly amazing with his customer service!! He was very knowledgeable with what accessories we needed, installed the screen & camera protectors & even gave us a few tips & tricks for the new iPhones!If you’re shopping for a new phone, accessories or just inquiring about your plan - make sure you go see Carson!!”
