“I had an outstanding experience tonight at this location. Originally set out to visit a different AT&T but upon seeing reviews of this location, we turned around and headed here. I can totally see why the reviews are so high for this specific location. Walked in and immediately greeted by two cheerful employees. After informing them it was an ongoing FirstNet issue, Scott promptly grabbed a laptop and dug into the issue. This issue had been ongoing for approximately 2 years. We have spoken to many reps in various stores (in multiple states) and via the support phone line. Nobody was able to remedy the issue until tonight. Scott worked tirelessly to ensure everything with the account was right and assisted us in merging 3 FirstNet accounts and a normal AT&T account into one account tonight. After spending almost a hour doing this labor intensive task, he assisted us in upgrading 2 phones.Without a doubt, I will be returning to this location. Scott and the other employee (I regret not getting his name) needed to be recognized for providing great service tonight. All while listening to my sidebar banter about the game show that was on the store television.Thanks gentlemen for making a painful years long process very smooth tonight!”

“I originally placed my oreder online, but it got canceled so I had to go in to a store. Spoke to Beth on the phone and from the start was awesome. When I got to the store we got the ball rolling and ran into a few speed bumps. She hung in there with me for 3hrs getting everything squared away, all while staying positive and delightful. She made the long wait( not att’s fault, but previous provider) almost relaxing. Great job!”

“Excellent service, they had a few customers when I went in October and they got to me quickly and were able to charge my dead phone that wouldn't work with any charging port. So it was helpful to save my contacts! They had a good selection and prices for what I wanted around $90.00. I'll be going to them again soon to replace my phone again for a broken screen.. this time I'm getting a case 😂 Good service for sure!”

“I went to the Seminole Trail U.S. Cellular store on Oct. 4 2023 and my salesperson was Raschaud. He was so terrific, knowledgeable, and a good listener. He helped me immediately find the phone I needed, was patient, and answered any questions I had. He gave me tips regarding my new phone and was just an all-around good person. I highly recommend this U.S. Cellular store and especially Raschaud. It was truly a pleasant experience. Another salesperson there was Avery, who was an also all-around pleasant person. This experience was so welcome after a previous unpleasant experience at this store a few years ago. If going to this store, try to get Raschaud or Avery, you will be happy you did.”

“Like any other target, this location has a lot of everything. I'm not one for shopping excursions, but I can't help myself here. The only trouble you may run into is finding assistance. It seems a lot of people you see stocking on the floor aren't trained to assist if it's not their department. But I don't find it to be a huge issue as I've been here enough that I know where everything I need is. As targets go, 4 stars is appropriate”
