My package was sent as priority and well noted to be a frozen goods but I have not received even though they say it was delivered. Pls can I have my package?

I love this place. Small, quaint. The staff is great. Rose and Eleanor are amazing!Keep in mind, there are only 2 windows so on busy days, there can be lines.
