“Deposited some summer funds into the kiddos savings account at our Congressional Federal Credit Union. Love their Saturday hours due to Monday thru Friday office hours aren’t conducive to my schedule. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. Would recommend membership at a credit union for anyone looking to change or add an account for themselves or their kids. Enjoy!”
“As a business owner, customer service, genuine customer service where you can hear and see the individual cares about their customers and loves to help, is rare.
I just experienced probably one of the best examples of customer service I have seen in a long while. Hasih was amazing. He was so helpful with the customers before me, helped his team member with a costumer who had an issue, all the while keeping his composure and professionalism at top notch.

“I've been using BB&T for decades but this branch for only 4 years. I have had nothing but good experiences. Most recently Ahmed moved my car loan from a different back to a BBT loan with a much lower rate, for free, with virtually zero participation from me.
