“Caleb and Emily were immensely helpful today. I was having trouble with my car/phone connection to the internet. My Wi-Fi worked fine but internet would not connect. Caleb listened to my concerns, went with me to my car and in less than 5 minutes had resolved the problem. I had had three other knowledgeable people work on this to include staff from a GMC dealership to no avail. I was thrilled to have this fixed.Also, I mentioned that I probably should go ahead with a data upgrade if that would help with extra billing incurred from extra cell usage when travelling. “After not getting helped at the location in Tyson’s Mall(no acknowledgment from staff that we needed help after a 15 minute wait) Decided to take a chance and visit this store. Best decision ever…Definitely should have come here first! My daughter needed a new phone and Azim was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful with all the questions that I had for him. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and my daughter was super excited about her new iPhone 15 pro! Honestly, Verizon is quite lucky to have this gentleman Azim on their team! “Went to this store today to upgrade phones and get on a new phone plan. The customer service we received was nothing short of spectacular. John went above and beyond to help us start the new plan, get the best deals possible on our new phones, and transfer all of our data. It was a very busy day in the store/ w Verizon corporate, and he was doing a great job helping multiple people at once and expediting what he could. Although we primarily dealt with John, we also interacted with Anthony and watched him deal patiently with customers who came in with questions not necessarily related to Verizon service- he kindly answered them and explained thoroughly to ensure they were able to leave with some sort of solution or advice. John and Anthony held it down on a very busy day and I’m glad we got to work with them. We’ll surely be back for all of our Verizon needs! Thanks for everything John!”

“Ash was amazing. Ash solved a problem and got my service activated in ~10 min which 6+ hours on the phone with Verizon's 800 number couldn't do. Ash even explained to the manager how to solve one of the issues we encountered. I wish I would have gone to Ash first instead of trying to port my number and get VZ service via the VZ website; I could have saved myself a lot of time and frustration.”

“Fairfax Antenna did a great job for us. Our TV antenna wires (installed by another company) came loose from the house wall, and they re-attached them and disguised them behind downspouts better than the original installation. In addition, our Verizon Fios cable had also come loose, and Verizon never caulked the hole where the cable enters the house. Fairfax Antenna reattached those wires, made a drip loop, and caulked the hole. They were great to work with and I'd hire them again in an instant.”

“This store is fantastic, and it's because of the people. I went in with my father in law, and we had a complex issue related to elderly relatives who were T Mobile customers. No one on the phone could help us, so we went to the store. Synthya spent almost an hour with us and solved all of our problems. She patiently listened to the issue and suggested solutions. She worked with us until they were implemented to our satisfaction, and made sure we didn't have any other questions. While she was helping us, other staff members approached her several times for assistance, and all the while, she solved their problems too. She's a dynamo and can help you too. I hope she gets a raise and promoted.”

“I don't know what other people are talking about when coming with the reviews here(maybe because I'm a child and people like to be nice), but I'm a middle schooler and I know about the cranky lady but she has never yelled and anytime I get my stuff and buy she never really does anything she just does her job and then get on with the next customer and I visit so often with friends that we became friends with so of the employees. I love the 7-11 even the fact that its close is what i love and the employees(not all) are very nice. BTW please give Jeff a raise he's very nice and respectful”
