“This is branch I opened my first account in Charlottesville when I first moved to this area in late 2004. They have served me well. I get all the help and advice I need to protect my best interests. The current branch manager is a fine gentleman and a good Christian man. I cant say enough good about him and his staff. Its always a pleasure to do business with them. Ii highly recommend them to you, especially new UVA students. For the people who are cashing checks, All, banks, not just SunTrust are charging a fee to cash checks even their own, if you do not have an account with them. Walmart does it for 1/2.”

Not only did she help me open my account BUT she also helped me set up my online banking and helped me set up my ZELLE and helped me send money from my account to my Son!!! I can't say enough great things about my experience there. I HIGHLY recommend Susan Sampson for all of your banking needs at Truist !!!PS. I should add that this all transpired at 5:00 p.m at the end of the day and she still was an absolute delight to work with!!!”

“I was trying to mobile deposit checks and found out that this place has a 4-5k limit per rolling 30 days which is asinine, especially for a business account. My personal checking with another bank has that limit PER DAY. Why on earth would a bank want to make it harder for me to give them money is beyond me. I'll be considering other options to move my business account to.Update 3/4/2022 - Laura at Atlantic union bank reached out to me via a phone call and took care of upping the limit. Its nice to see a business being proactive as opposed to seeing a problem and asking for the individual to reach out through another means, like what was done here originally. Upped the rating as a result.”

He was exceptional in his customer service skills and even more impressive about his knowledge on banking accounts with BOA. He was kind, courteous, answered all my questions and spent time to educate me about some aspects of my accounts that I found particularly helpful.
