“We have had a terrible experience with the Charlottesville branch who misled us regarding a HELOC. This was our first experience with this type of loan and we relied on members of that bank to help us. Instead, they took advantage of our lack of knowledge and left us with way higher interest rates than we expected. Beware!Posting a follow up comment. Renne from Customer Care and Susan from Atlantic Union were very helpful resolving our issues with the HELOC loan. I especially appreciated Susan's expertise.”

“This location is always clean and the folks are friendly. Today I worked wit a gentleman that was extremely helpful. He provided me with step by step info as he made my withdrawal. I misplaced my card some time ago. I worked with a Banker as well. He also advised me on how best get temp account access, gave me a temp debit, and ordered checks for me. The icing on the cake was the waived heck order fees! (I wish they had a public bathroom )”

The current branch manager is a fine gentleman and a good Christian man. I cant say enough good about him and his staff. Its always a pleasure to do business with them. For the people who are cashing checks, All, banks, not just SunTrust are charging a fee to cash checks even their own, if you do not have an account with them. Walmart does it for 1/2.”
