I just went there today on a very busy Friday afternoon with an appointment and was in and out with a repaired flat tire in an hour! LOVE DISCOUNT TIRE!!”
“I can’t say enough good things about this shop. The customer service and communication were top-notch, directly from the owners, which you don’t see often anymore. They were honest and gave me advice based on what they’d do if it were their own boat instead of trying to upsell me on the most expensive gear. The communication was elite, at one point I couldn’t get through on the phone and the owner personally reached out to make sure I had a direct contact. That was a game changer. They’re easy to work with, fast, and deliver high-quality work. I’m moving out of state, but I’ll still come back here for my audio needs because they’re just that good. Highly recommend! They installed a Rockford Fosgate sound system and LED lighting on my center console boat”

“Bought tires online and made an appointment on a Friday at 11:30am. Dropped car off, let them know I didn’t have the tool to take off the Audi lug bolt covers, they said they had one, no problem. Installed the tires on my 2021 S4 in about 1.5 hours even though it was during the time most places would be at lunch. Price for Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 was hundreds less than anywhere else!”

“Went to this place today. Had to come from south of Petersburg to help an elderly friend in bon aire. I told the employee what I wanted he said give me a few minutes....they put me a brand new tire on a rim and gave me a price....they didn't waste my time with up sales. He did what I asked for and I was out of there! I appreciate these folks. From my experience I would recommend them! Thank you young man!”

“New to the area and brought my car in for a state inspection, completed quickly on the spot. They noticed a puddle of oil when they pulled my car out and brought it back in to check it out. The dealership hadn’t put the oil filter back correctly nor tightened the panel screws so they took care of it.
I was nervous because in the past I’ve had shops do and charge me for overpriced services that I’m capable of handling on my own without my permission because they see a gullible young woman (changing headlights/tail lights, windshield wipers, cabin filter). I was ready to pay a service charge because they put another 15-20 min in on my car but they only charged me for the inspection and were very polite! Will keep this shop in mind if something else arises.”
