When I came it was closed on a day it was supposed to be open I am unsatisfied and need more time open

Great customer service. Been at Apple store all day with no help, Shay got in my phone and had it set up in less than 15 minutes and taught me how to use my iPhone. Thanks Shay

Shay is an amazing individual! She's customer service oriented and cares about her customers! She was so patient while assisting my sister with changing carriers. My experience with her is the absolute best customer service experience by far!!! I will continue to do business with her!! You rock Shay!!!!
