  This is the PO at the Staff College at NSA Norfolk.3rd time I have arrived to mail a package, I walk across the base to get to this PO during my lunch break. Here it is noon, and she still has not opened. Officers passing by heading to Pub 1, laughed and said she is never on time. She has a rep on this base an USPS does... read full comment

  If you are going to have a one-person crew and this person cannot get there at the correct time, change the hours to reflect this.

  Went there a few months ago. The clerk was 30 minutes late and didn't care. When I saw her walk open up, I realized she had been sitting in her car beside me the whole time I was waiting taking a personal call.
