  Beautiful clean facility and friendly staff. Customer service was great.

  The post office located at 2301 Colley Avenue, Norfolk, VA was closed on Tuesday morning, September 3, 2024 with no reason posted as to why it was not open during the regular hours. Very frustrating since I had a very important item to mail with sensitive timing.

  Just tried to return something and they said I couldn't use their packaging, I had to use the original packaging. The original packaging was paper and couldn't be resealed so thanks for all your help. USPS is a worthless service.
