Received amazing service and a welcoming smile from Elikem Asamoah. He was able to resolve some issues with the cards on the bank account and changed info on the account alongside helping with credit building options. 5 stars to this amazing employee.

Extremely slow service. One teller working both the drive-thru and the counter. I pull up to the drive-thru window and I'm told there are three customers ahead of me (all inside) after waiting 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru line.

ATM wasn’t working. Which is terrible since there aren’t many PNC atms that accept deposits in the norfolk area. Please fix the touch screen soon!!!
