“I went to this branch around 3:30 on Christmas Eve Eve to get my auto loan check and deposit and check. As you probably would guess, it was pretty busy. But, let me tell you, once the security guard let me in, I met Ashley. The sweetest lady I have ever met at Navy Federal. She gave me the biggest smile and signed me in. She even came by to check on me and went to see how long it would take. What a difference she made. She even gave me the sweetest Merry Christmas also. Thank you Ashley. “I went in today (1/30/24) to open an account. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Corin. She did a wonderful job. I couldn’t have asked for better service. This branch happened to be under staffed today. There were only two of them and Corin was the only one with a till open. There were so many people coming in and out so I waited patiently and allowed her to take care of the other customers. I could see she was getting a little overwhelmed but she maintained her professionalism. With her taking care of me, the customers, and the other employees transactions for her, she was absolutely amazing. I look forward to seeing her again. I don't have a suntrust account so I had to inconveniently use some of my lunch hour two days in a row to complete these transactions. Though I was annoyed by having to do this, my experience with the Suntrust employees on both occasions were very pleasant. In my head I was thinking had I had an account here, this wouldn't be my current situation. And like a physic, the representative asked me, "so why don't you have an account with us - if you did you wouldn't have to come into the branch." Just because she read my mind, I almost considered opening an account, but quickly remembered that my little short money wouldn't allow that. I told her, there's no need for me to have multiple bank accounts if I don't have the coins to fund it. We laughed, and she said, "ok, but if u ever decide to change your mind, we're here to help!" “This PNC is great, and it’s always very fast service, and employees have a smile while they are serving you, it’s like a personal relationship. But, the drive thru is very tight for larger vehicles like pickup trucks. But, it’s not a problem since the lobby is open. If you don’t have a particularly large vehicle the drive thru is fine, otherwise expect to fold your side mirrors or just go into the bank.”
