The way their fraud department functions is frustrating. Even though you're habitually spending money on the same thing, they repeatedly decide that it may be fraudulent.And anymore, when you call, someone's barely understanding English and clearly reading from a script.They used to be so good but it's just not the case anymore.

I've had Langley for 6 years now. My account has been negative once in all that time. They have never approved me for any type of loan in the 6 years . Not from 100$ to 4000. I'll be taking my business elsewhere .

Terrible service from tall african american lady with glasses. She was rude and she did not want to find a solution to my problem. I have been a very good customer for more than 20 years. Never had experience like this. It was the Norfolk Hampton Blvd branch.

Do not bank with them, they are super unhelpful, lie to their customers, and close your account without notice. Even when you have not violated any terms.

Renet was super friendly and professional, she was able to refund an overdraft fee even though she didn’t have too. Overall great experience, staff was courteous and promptly. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
