I took a formal dress for a military ball to get altered and I feel like it could have looked a lot better. They didn’t even steam it or put a plastic bag over it for pick up. I had to ask to steam it. Over all, I was disappointed.

Arrived shortly after they opened and they were able to do my alteration within 15 minutes without upcharging me. Fantastic customer service and value! Will come here for all my uniform needs!

I have been coming to Emma‘s for nearly 3 decades. They do the best work, they help countless Sailors at the last minute for inspections and they care about what they’re doing.
