“This is my go-to store for my daughter who LOVES Hot Topic! We’ve been shopping here for years. I love the fact they have so much variety in all sizes and the freedom of self expression!All the employees have been awesome every time I’ve visited, but I have to give a SPECIAL shout out to KATIE!! I had several online pickup orders last week so I was in the store like three days straight. On day one of meeting KATIE she was AMAZING! She greeted me as I’m accustomed to, but she was just super chill with her personality and helped me return and place an in store order for an item my daughter wanted. There were some challenges along the way with low stock and my form of payment, but KATIE didn’t let that get on the way lol. She was VERY knowledgeable in her position and found a resolution for everything!I also APPRECIATED the fact that she EXPLAINED everything she could offer me with my return by using an in store gift card for my online order. This is called simplicity! But the PLUS was how she found so many ways for me to SAVE so much money every time! I won’t reveal the secrets ? … you’ll just have to meet KATIE on your own! ? “This review is a bit late! But better late than never! I came across this lovely shop while looking for a local place to reshape an 80 year old British Red Cross cap that I had. I am a vintage collector and re-enactor. I brought my cap to them back in October or November of 2022. It was ready a few weeks later on. I absolutely recommend this shop! The owners and their shop staff are very knowledgeable about hats. They are very friendly, reasonably priced for hat repair and beyond professional. I am glad I went with a small business instead of a larger company! Thank you so much! I will return if future services are needed.”
“This store is nice and fairly large and well-stocked with some really great sales and even better seasonal items. I love the location at the far end of the Norfolk Prime Outlets but it's easy for me to forget it's here from time to time... it's not close to the main areas. They had shoes, hats, accessories, ski and snow gear, cold weather and whatever else. You name it. Some very nice items at great prices can be found in here. Staff greeted us upon entry and offered help again later as we roamed around to take it all in. I found a cute jacket for winter and hubs found some hats and ski pants.”

“I was forward deploying within 3 days and in need of some USN uniforms with name tags, USN tag sewn on. The NEX would charge additional fee for rush orders and tell me to come back after a few days. I took everything here being referred by a USN Chief whom I know, they made everything happened wonderfully and timely. They did all for me right away on site. I waited and picked up my uniforms as a happy camper. An A+ for their services.”
“All of their products feel so thoughtfully picked and their layout makes sense. Some shops have a ton of great stuff too, but if it’s cluttered it makes me not want to buy anything. I love coming here, especially with girlfriends or my mom. It’s where you want to shop for your best friend, your girlfriend, your sister, your mamma bears, yourself. “Boutiques... Must I say more. Sooooo, love them.... In town and by happenstance saw clothing in the display window so of course I had to stop in. The two women who were working and I think were the owners of the boutique were avant stylish, especially for this area which fashion forward isn't the 1st thing you may think of given its other memorable traits. Beautiful clothing as well as jewelry with a small smattering of shoes adorned the space. Seasonal wear from 3/4 - long sleeve sheets, sweaters, jackets, parkas, jeans, skirts and all are fashion forward. Nothing is cookie cutter here. Edgy, original, colorful, demur and eclectic. There is also a chic bohemian style to many of their pieces with notable authentically designed necklaces that can accentuate any contemporary or free spirit design. Whenever in town again, NYFO will see me again..”
“Had an issue where I was double charged an item. A whopping $50 extra added to the bill. A lot of stuff happened in the week that these items were purchased and i didn't notice it until I got home(I live out of state) I called may 7th and the items were purchased April 29th. I spoke to Ashley and she was able to get the issue resolved while we were on the phone. She was very apologetic, which I think it was my fault not to check right away, but she took care of it right away. Great customer service from Ashley.”
