Waiting up to 2 hours for a vehicle with 3 kids and tons of bags after traveling early in the morning to get home for the holidays. I wish I saw these reviews. The DOLLA you save, if you even save is not worth the loss of your time.

So I am number 17 in line to get a car for a reservation that was made for 45 mins ago. WTH. And no idea when I will get a car. But hopefully before close. Are you going to charge me less? No. Does that make sense.

Deals are cheap but they make you wait an hour plus for your rental. I was on time to my reservation but the car wasn’t ready and the other guest had to wait as well. When I asked for a refund they declined. Do not recommend booking.
