My son received the support of a village. The staff were amazing and support for the whole family was constant and his therapist was always available. Take the time to really find out about this program. If you embrace the program and do the time with your child it will be a success. There will be highs and lows as your child progresses through. Do not give up do the work as a family and that relationship with the staff counselor is critical. I highly recommend BRC.

Truly terrible people...the horror stories I've heard from patients are appalling. Guess they really do hand out licenses to everyone.

At The Barry Robinson Center, all of our therapies and activities are designed to meet each individual resident's needs, to help him or her be ready for discharge back home. Our dedicated team of professionals work together to provide our residents with a nurturing, supportive environment to help them reach their treatment goals. Our primary intervention model is evidence-based and success oriented. We incorporate relationship therapies with CBT and Trauma Informed Care practices. We als offer many expressive therapy opportunities including art therapy, music therapy, and recreational therapy, along with a wide range of activities and volunteer opportunities that sets us apart from other residential centers.
