Still been waiting over a month now for a mailbox key. I’ve never seen a Post Office so terrible. The Supervisor was a good listener and apologized for the bad custom service as well. The carriers don’t care. It’s just sad The kind of people that work in that area are so careless.

I made a passport appointment for 10:45am. It was requested that I arrive 15 minutes before, which I did. Upon arrival, I was told that the manager is not in yet and his/her estimated time of arrival is unknown. What kind of mess is this??
