“I didn't catch the name of the amazing lady who was working the counter at closing time, but I wish I had. Not only was she doing her best to process everyone through who was trying to get packages mailed out at the end of the day, she was reaching out to make sure people with prepaid packages knew they could come around and drop them off. She spotted someone with a UPS box and let the customer know as the customer joined the end of the very long line. She even maintained a very professional attitude even when an exceedingly rude customer huffed in at a minute to closing with several people still waiting in line expecting the office to stay late after closing just for her. I don't know if you have any recognition rewards, but if you do, this employee very much deserves one.”
