“Wow! What a terrible person and experience. For one thing the sales person was extremely rude and didn't lead me to any items. All he did was point and say there over there. Second, he had on sunglasses which is very unusual inside a retail store. Third I will definitely tell everyone that I can to stay away from Metro PCs. And that unprofessional man. “I had such a great experience at T-Mobile today, and I really want to recognize Gade for how amazing he was.
I came in because I needed to return a phone to get credit for a trade-in. The only reason I had waited so long was because I was trying to transfer everything off my old phone, and it just wasn’t working. I had so many messages and recordings on there, and I didn’t want to lose anything.
Gade was so patient with me from the moment I walked in. He let me take my time charging my phone and didn’t rush me at all. Once it had enough charge, he helped me transfer everything over, and it basically mirrored my old phone. That gave me so much peace of mind because I knew nothing was lost.
While we were waiting, he also helped me set up my internet perks. He got my Hulu and Paramount+ subscriptions set up and ready so I can watch them on my TV. He even helped me apply for the T-Mobile credit card so I could get a credit.
He also told me about the T-Life app and helped me download it so I could get a free hat for T-Mobile Tuesday. That meant a lot because my old phone didn’t have enough storage for me to even enjoy those kinds of perks before.
What really stood out to me was how kind and genuine he was. He actually took the time to listen to my story, and you could tell he truly cared. Another employee even joined the conversation, and they were both so compassionate. It turned what could have been a stressful visit into something really special.
Gade is truly a blessing at what he does. He is patient, helpful, and goes above and beyond. I’m so thankful for the experience and for his kindness.”

Hank was knowledgable about my service requests, he acknowledged my 8 year loyalty with Verizon, He was patient by answering all of our questions and made sure my children were comfortable while taking care of business in a timely manner, and not only did we leave with phone service for my son who lost his phone Hank was able to add another line at an affordable cost to me for my daughter.
