“Eluxus at The Wireless Zone on Warwick Blvd in Newport News is the most helpful person I've ever met in any Verizon store ever. She made no commissions on a sale, but was rather helping me with an Asurion claim. This required a lot of her time for which she was not going to be extra compensated, but remained polite, helpful, and a complete prossional with the representative on the phone, me, and with the other customers who came into the store. Eluxus sets the bar for all customer service representatives. Thank you.”
“I have to give a shout out to Toby for his help today. He was patient with us, listened to our problem, and truly took the time to understand it as it wasn't a simple case. We had tried talking to customer service over the phone ourselves with little result. Toby stepped up and advocated for us with Verizon. I don't think we would've gotten to a resolution without him, especially since our problem went back almost 2 years. I can't say enough how much I appreciated his efforts. It made all the difference. “Josh provided the best service I have ever experienced in a Verizon store! He thoroughly and professionally navigated through the issues I was having and the setup of my newly purchased phone. He was patient and addressed all of my questions. Josh even managed to assist and redirect a few other customers who saw him providing such great service and attempted to cut the line. Most Verizon stores leave a lot to be desired. I know because I drive right past the one that's closest to me in Williamsburg to get to this one in Newport News. The managerial team needs to have Josh lead the training program on providing customer service, seriously! Moreover, be sure to give him a raise and a great bonus. “Wow! What a terrible person and experience. For one thing the sales person was extremely rude and didn't lead me to any items. All he did was point and say there over there. Second, he had on sunglasses which is very unusual inside a retail store. Third I will definitely tell everyone that I can to stay away from Metro PCs. And that unprofessional man. I felt like I was hated and unwelcome.”
“I had issues with my DVR player so I called customer service and the first person was rude so I hung up and got this really nice lady that help me and she said I need a new box's so I get in my car and go get my new DVR which I was approved for a upgrade which was nice but she gave me the wrong remote so I called and the customer service again the lady told me that I had the wrong remote then the next morning I went to get the right one then I came home to program all my TV shows all over again I'm saying all this to say I like this box's better”
“Lazy worker would not fill online order. All he had to do was pull the box out of the back. Everything was paid for and no setup was involved, but he was too busy playing on his phone.
**Update...The manager was very upset that the employee did not do his job and took responsibility for the poor service. They also offered and gave me a free phone accessory due to the employees negligence. For these reasons I have changed my rating from one star to 4.”
