My battery was DOA. Called AAA who dispatched Freedom Towing to take the call. Being the Friday before Christmas, they said it might take awhile. Sam arrived, assessed my battery and had a battery available, changed the battery and we were good to go. Sam was wonderful!! Can't say enough about him.

Lamar did an excellent job! I am thankful that he was able to tow my car and was very efficient with the tow job. He is polite, affable, and professional. Great customer service from Lamar!

To the driver and truck number 73 Service truck license plate tst 1766.. I get that you are in a hurry. But taking a shoulder and running people off on 64 before the Lasalle exit is very unprofessional. You could have been patient and arrived at the same location. As everyone else, just like we did..
