Sade is phenomenal!! We didn't end up buying a car, but she spent so much time with us and was very down to earth. If you go to this dealership, ask for Sade!! The 5 stars is for her!

Having an attitude towards customers that want to give you their money isn't a good way to start a relationship. The finance manager shouting and calling you dude, doesn't exhibit the professionalism that BMW is known for. If it's just service you're probably ok here but I would avoid the purchasing side.

This was by far my worst experience purchasing a vehicle. The car had trouble and the dealer did no take responsibly and gave me the worst customer service from Sales Manager - and Owner never returned my call to rectify - i will never return and never recommend
