Love working out here! Dawn keeps the workouts very creative and adjustable if you have any special needs. UFit offers a variety too from cardio heavy to strength focused to stretching. The mobility class is perfect after a hard gym week to stretch those tight muscles and strengthen core muscles.

Absolutely love this gym! Cannot say enough good about the owner/ trainer Dawn Flowers, always meeting me where I am at with patience and kindness. Never feel judged when I am struggling to learn a new exercise.. She creates her own workouts each week with much care and intentionality, keeping it challenging, yet fun for everyone while making sure you get a well balanced 'diet' each week... Just started U Fit a little over a month ago. Dawn is an amazing person and instructor. The classes are small group and there is tons of motivation from Dawn and everyone else. Very glad to find this place, such a great atmosphere!

Ufit is an amazing gym! A very welcoming environment and great people. Dawn is an amazing trainer! Her knowledge and ability to inspire are truly remarkable! She encourages and motivates me to keep pushing harder to reach and surpass my goals. Every workout is different which keeps it fun and challenging.

Top of the line training! Dawn does a great job making the workouts fun as well as a fit for your level of fitness! Modifying is totally encouraged!! No judgment within the group, you are met where you are in your fitness/wellness journey and encouraged to push yourself to become the best version of yourself! Dawn helps to identify areas that need specific strengthening to keep you from injury and is constantly learning how to better serve her members!! So much more personable than the typical gym!

So glad a friend recommended this place. Dawn is super! So knowledgeable about what I need for my situation. She truly tailors her personal training to what I need and adjusts as we go forward.
