“We recently moved out of our storage unit after ~2 years, and in that time I managed to lose the keys to my lock. We would be moving out on Sunday, and I called on Friday to ask what could be done about my problem. Not only did the manager remove my old lock (after thoroughly verifying my identity), but he also provided me a loaner lock for the few days that remained! I've worked with Extra Space on a number of occasions over the years and keep coming back. Thank you guys for another great experience!”
“Storage units are storage units but the staff at life storage are top notch. They go out of their way to communicate with you and assist with questions or concerns. Once we left something outside our unit by accident and they picked it up and kept it in the office for us - and took the time to call us to tell us they had it.”

“Friendly, informative staff. Gave valuable advice about best ways to satisfy requirements in terms of locker size, lock quality, online discounts. Still very early in my rental, but if there was one thing that really surprised me it was learning that pedestrian doors leading to interior (indoor) lockers are not locked nor do they have keycodes. Seems an obvious and immediate thing to rectify. Since nobody is on the property overnight, I would worry that some crook could get into the building during the wee hours and really go to town with an angle grinder.”
