“This store has an educated, honest, and hard-working employee named Kevin. Last evening I came into the store and indicated to Kevin that I was having a few problems with my phone accessing the internet while I was out of my house. Kevin assessed my phone and fixed my problem in about 10-15 minutes, while I waited. I truly hope corporate reads this evaluation because Kevin deserves a raise or a promotion.”

My phone said it both had a signal and had no sim card, while havinf a simcard but no signal, and he had it diagnosed and fixed in 5 min. And hebdid it while helping another employee and without making me feel like it detracted from his helping me. They were both professional, always smiled, and great experience when my phone was basically a calculator. Appreciate it guys!”
