“I was visiting the Richmond area and our contact out here left us out to dry. Me, wife, 4 kids basically left on the street in a rural part or Mosely which we did not see coming. At the very last minute I was able to get a reservation from AVIS at the Midlothian Turnpike location. Thank God for good people like JAMIEN!!! Jamien made it happen and got me into a 7 passenger vehicle within 20 minutes. I told him how urgent the matter was and how my family was really in an emergency situation. Jamien (I called him Big Fella) showed empathy and got me situated into a Toyota Highlander, which enable me to get my family into a hotel and away from our "family" who just put us out on the street. Thank you Avis for being there for us in a great time of need. The drop off was also very efficient and easy and I was out of there within 15 minutes. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a rental.”

“Service was great; all three I worked with were kind, helpful and incredibly friendly. Car worked well, the vehicle needed an oil change half way through my trip but that didn't affect my drive. Would have liked the car to be cleaned out a little better, but it wasn't dirty by mists standards (I have OCD when it comes to cleaning my stuff). Cost for the rental was fine, no complaints there. Overall satisfied with my experience, this office gave me the hospitality I expect from residents of Chesterfield.”
